Specially, a club for useful people willing to provide support to other useful people or useful people who require support from other useful people.

This is not now, and never will be, a business. This is a club, not a business agreement. Seeking support is free. Providing support is unpaid.

This is private club. Membership, and continued membership, is solely determined by us and can be revoked by us at any time for reason. We do not yet have a process for accepting and considering members. But we do know that membership will be primarily determined by these two simple factors:

1. You want to be a member.

2. We want you to be a member.

We do not yet have a charter. Nor do we have any rules.

� Club Roles: (Names to be released on internal pages once we have solid authentication in place).

o Club President: Role Filled. (do we need/want a president?)

o Club Vice President: Role Filled. (do we need/want a vice president? (I would suggest that if we do then perhaps two, so they can gang up on the president when he�s being an asshole)

o Club Secretary: Vacant (president backfilling).

o Web Master: Possibly Filled.

o Club Treasurer: Vacant (not yet needed anyway. President backfilling)

o Domain Administrator(s): Filled x2

� General Skills we currently have:

o Windows System Administrator (expert): 2

o Network Engineer (advanced): 2

o Web guy * (expert): 1

� I think we have a web guy. I�m actually not sure on that.*

� Skills we desperately want:

o Network Engineer (expert).

o 3D printer expert.

o Administrative.

o Paralegal/Lawyer.

o A �Wiki� Guy.
